Purchase Agreement

1. Purpose

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the sales transaction between IMAGO LUXURY and the buyer.

2. Scope

All purchases made through www.imagoluxury.com.tr are covered by this agreement.

3. Definitions

Seller: IMAGO LUXURY
Buyer: The customer placing the order
Product: The fashion item ordered

4. Order and Formation of the Agreement

The purchase agreement is deemed to be formed upon the sending of the order confirmation email.

5. Price and Payment

All prices are stated in Turkish Liras, including VAT. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped within 2-5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company.

7. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer upon completion of delivery.

8. Warranty

All products are subject to legal warranty under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Law.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, IMAGO LUXURY may suspend its obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

11. Effectiveness

This agreement comes into effect with the order confirmation.
