Customer Agreement

1. Purpose

This agreement has been prepared to regulate the commercial relationship between IMAGO LUXURY and the customer.

2. Scope

This agreement covers all purchases made through www.imagoluxury.com.tr.

3. Definitions

Seller: IMAGO LUXURY
Customer: The real or legal person who is a member of the platform or makes a purchase.
Platform: www.imagoluxury.com.tr

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The customer is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the site. IMAGO LUXURY is obliged to present product information accurately and completely.

5. Order Process

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Order cancellation may occur depending on stock availability; in this case, the customer is informed and the payment is refunded.

6. Payment

All payments are accepted in Turkish Lira (TRY). Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, and wire transfer/EFT.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disaster, epidemic, strike or similar, IMAGO LUXURY may not be able to fulfill its obligations; this situation shall not be considered a breach of contract.

8. Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise between the parties.

9. Effective Date

This agreement comes into force when the customer completes the membership process or places an order.
