Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Process

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Times

• Domestic: 2-4 business days
• Remote areas: 4-6 business days

3. Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for purchases of 500 TL and above. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email for shipped orders.

5. Damage and Loss

For products damaged during shipping, a report must be kept and notification made to info@imagoluxury.com.tr.

6. Incorrect Address

An additional shipping fee may be charged for shipments returned due to incorrect address information.
