Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This policy regulates the conditions for returns and exchanges for purchases made from IMAGO LUXURY.

2. Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Products to be returned must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• Shipped in their original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimsuits, and bikini products are not accepted for return. Custom-ordered products are also excluded from returns.

4. Return Process

1. Submit your return request to info@imagoluxury.com.tr.
2. A return shipping code will be sent to you.
3. Send the product with the specified shipping company.
4. After the product is inspected, your refund process will be completed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Payment

The cost of approved returned products will be refunded to your account within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method.

6. Exchange

For exchanges of different sizes or colors, a return process is initiated, and a new order is created.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committee and Courts are authorized.

8. Effective Date

This policy is effective from the date of publication.
