1. Shipping Process

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Times

• Domestic: 2–4 business days
• Remote areas: 4–6 business days

3. Shipping Fee

Free shipping on orders of 500 TRY and above. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

5. Damage and Loss

For products damaged during shipping, a damage report must be filed and reported to info@imagoluxury.com.tr.

6. Incorrect Address

An additional shipping fee may be charged for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
