Return Policy

1. Purpose

This policy governs the return and exchange conditions for purchases made from IMAGO LUXURY.

2. Return Conditions

Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items to be returned must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• Sent in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and bikini products are not eligible for return. Custom-order products are also excluded from returns.

4. Return Process

1. Submit your return request to info@imagoluxury.com.tr.
2. A return shipping code will be sent to you.
3. Send the product via the specified shipping carrier.
4. After the product is inspected, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund

The refund for approved returns will be credited to your account within 3–10 business days depending on your payment method.

6. Exchange

For a different size or color, a return process is initiated and a new order is created.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committee and Courts are authorized.

8. Effective Date

This policy is effective as of its publication date.
