Purchase Agreement

1. Purpose

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the sales transaction between IMAGO LUXURY and the buyer.

2. Scope

All purchases made through www.imagoluxury.com.tr are covered by this agreement.

3. Definitions

Seller: IMAGO LUXURY
Buyer: The customer placing the order
Product: The fashion item ordered

4. Order and Formation of Agreement

The purchase agreement is deemed to have been formed upon the sending of the order confirmation email.

5. Price and Payment

All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) inclusive of VAT. Payment is collected at the time of order.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

7. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer upon completion of delivery.

8. Warranty

All products are subject to the statutory warranty under Turkish Commercial Law and the Consumer Protection Law.

9. Force Majeure

IMAGO LUXURY may suspend its obligations in the event of force majeure.

10. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

11. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
