Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: IMAGO LUXURY, Balabanağa, Fethibey Cd. Laleli Galeria D:26-28 No:33, 34134 Fatih/Istanbul
Buyer: The person specified in the order form

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the sale of products ordered by the buyer through www.imagoluxury.com.tr.

3. Product Information

The name, quantity, price, and specifications of the ordered products are stated in the order confirmation email.

4. Payment

The order total is inclusive of VAT and payment is collected at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days. The delivery address is the address specified by the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. Withdrawal notice must be sent to info@imagoluxury.com.tr.

7. Returns

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 10 days and the refund will be issued to the buyer within 14 days.

8. Dispute Resolution

The Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts are authorized for consumer complaints.

9. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
