Customer Agreement

1. Purpose

This agreement has been prepared to govern the commercial relationship between IMAGO LUXURY and the customer.

2. Scope

This agreement covers all purchases made through www.imagoluxury.com.tr.

3. Definitions

Seller: IMAGO LUXURY
Customer: Any natural or legal person who registers on or makes a purchase through the platform.
Platform: www.imagoluxury.com.tr

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The customer is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the site. IMAGO LUXURY is obliged to present product information accurately and completely.

5. Order Process

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders may be cancelled due to stock availability; in such cases, the customer will be notified and the payment will be refunded.

6. Payment

All payments are collected in Turkish Lira (TRY). Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer/EFT.

7. Force Majeure

IMAGO LUXURY may be unable to fulfill its obligations in the event of natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, or similar force majeure events; this shall not constitute a breach of contract.

8. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for any disputes arising between the parties.

9. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force upon the customer completing the registration process or placing an order.
